Hear about it when a supplier’s ABN changes
Looking an ABN up once is easy. Remembering to look again next month is the bit that slips. Give us one ABN and your email, and we’ll re-check it on the register every month. You get an email only if the ABN is cancelled, GST registration ends, or the name on the register changes.
Watching more than one supplier?
The free watch covers one ABN. Monitoring saves a whole supplier list from Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks and re-checks every row each month, and the Bookkeeper plan does the same for up to 15 client lists.
Common questions
What does it cost?
Nothing. One ABN per email address, free, with no account. If you need to watch a whole supplier list, that's the monitoring plan.
What counts as a change?
Three things: the register shows the ABN as cancelled, the supplier's GST registration ends, or the entity name on the register changes. Anything else, and you won't hear from us.
How often is it checked?
Once a month, against the Australian Business Register. A month with no change means no email.
Why do I have to confirm my email?
So nobody can sign someone else up. The watch only starts after you click the link we send, and every email has a link to stop it.
Can I change which ABN I'm watching?
Stop the current watch from the link in any of our emails, then start a new one here with the other ABN.
